Have a good sleep and Don’t sleep late, Andy.
I read about this somewhere and I think this can be my personal reminder.. Hoho..
Evening at 9 – 11pm:
is the time for eliminating unnecessary/toxic chemicals (detoxification) from the antibody system (lymph nodes). This time duration should be spent by relaxing or listening to music. If during this time a housewife is still in an unrelaxed state such as washing the dishes or monitoring children doing their homework, this will have a negative impact on health.Evening at 11pm – 1am:
is the detoxification process in the liver, and ideally should be done in a deep sleep state.Early morning 1 – 3am:
detoxification process in the gall, also ideally done in a deep sleep state.

Roland’s good sleep a.k.a “Mind’s Mapping”
Early morning 3 – 5am:
detoxification in the lungs. Therefore there will sometimes be a severe cough for cough sufferers during this time. Since the detoxification process had reached the respiratory tract, there is no need to take cough medicine so as not to interfere with toxin removal process.Morning 5 – 7am:
detoxification in the colon, you should empty your bowel.Morning 7 – 9am:
absorption of nutrients in the small intestine, you should be having breakfast at this time. Breakfast should be earlier, before 6:30am, for those who are sick. Breakfast before 7:30am is very beneficial to those wanting to stay fit. Those who always skip breakfast, they should change their habits, and it is still better to eat breakfast late until 9 – 10am rather than no meal at all.Sleeping so late and waking up too late will disrupt the process of removing unnecessary chemicals. Aside from that, midnight to 4:00 am is the time when the bone marrow produces blood. Therefore, have a good sleep and don’t sleep late.
I guess I should change my lifestyle from now on. :/ At least not to sleep as early as 3am.

Manage your anger in stressful situations
When an individual is dealing with anger issues, usually their emotions evolve when put in stressful situations. If a difficult incident pops up, often their only way to cope with it is to put up their defensive side. Becoming angry is probably easier than dealing with the circumstances. This is unfortunate since anger doesn’t solve anything. Once it subsides, the problem is still there.

There are anger management tips which people can used when found in stressful situations. If there is a friend or family member who is easy to talk to and understanding, it might be good to talk to them. When an individual becomes angry they are incapable of seeing the other side of the problem. Talking to someone may help them by sharing their side of the story. The friend or family member may be able to help them sort through their issues and make them look at the situation from the other side. This anger management tip may work well for some people.
Another great anger management tip is to write down thoughts and feelings during a fit of anger. The angry individual may feel as if nobody understands or cares about their problems. Sharing may only cause extra conflict. Lashing out will get them nowhere. Writing or journaling may help people with anger issues. Without anyone to talk back or object to what they have to say, it may be help to get their feelings off their chest. Using writing as an anger management tip may also help in the future when trying to find the triggers which cause the angry outbursts. Being able to look back over the information written may provide the person with reasons for their anger through reading about similar incidents.
Taking a vacation, spending some alone time is another good anger management tip. Removing oneself from the environment which seems to frustrate and irritate them may be a wise idea. Being able to get away and reflect on their actions may help an individual to look at things differently. Given space and time may be positive for a person with anger issues.
Some people suggest prayer and meditation as anger management tips. Both of these suggestions involve very personal practices for an individual. Given a chance to pray and be alone with one’s thoughts is a good way to release tension and let the pressures of life wash away. Letting go of feelings of anger and negative thoughts would definitely make a positive change in a person’s life. Through prayer and meditation a person is able to dig deep into their minds and souls for answers to their problems and comfort for their broken spirits.
There are lots of anger management tips which people can practice when the going gets tough. Tips such as breathe deeply, exercise, get more rest, get out in nature, find humor in the situation and play or listen to music. These are all recommended as anger management tips for the person who finds themselves in stressful and confrontational situations.

Gmail, I’m Lovin It.
I got a lot of email accounts (yea, more than 5 emails for me is a lot) and all of them serve different purposes. Besides using Thunderbird as my primary email client, now I know how I can fully utilize my Gmail account to send email to anyone using different ids. Means I can set my outgoing as any of my email addresses.
See?

Since I do check my Gmail regularly, I set forwarder to every email accounts I have to it. By using this method, I don’t have to waste my time log in to each of my email accounts even there’s no new email that particular time. That’s what I do all this while, but I never know that we can directly reply from Gmail using any of my email addresses! Ohh. I bet you guys know earlier than me, right? Huhu… I should explore the settings before.

What else can ‘a’ Gmail do? Do let me know. I’m lovin’ it.

An article from Malaysian Investor website, by Ringgit Man. Good tips on how to start your saving habit. Eventhough you earned RM10K per month doesn’t mean that you don’t need to grow your saving..

Ringgit Man: Washing and polishing your car brings in an annual saving of RM1,872 which can take you a long way.

–Mahinder Kaur, IT Technician, Age: 25
Ringgit Man: RM180 a month for 12 months – your savings account will be very fit in a year’s time. You will have an extra RM2,160 in it.
#5: Pay your credit card bills on time
“Always pay your credit card on time to avoid incurring the RM5 finance charges for late payment. If possible, clear your credit card balance as soon as possible to avoid the high interest charges.”
–Ahmad Kamal, Programmer, Age:23
Ringgit Man: The early bird catches the worm. A prompt payer saves RM60 per year.
#6: Tutor your children yourself
“I have three school-going children, aged between 7 to 11. I tutor them myself instead of sending them to a tuition center. I save a gross amount of RM360 per month.”
–Mrs Kannan, freelance writer. Age: 42
Ringgit Man: Kill two birds with one stone. Teach your kids, spend quality time with them and you’ll save RM4,320 a year for their college funds.
#7: Hang out at a “teh tarik” stall instead of trendy gourmet coffee outlets
“My friends and I used to hang out at trendy coffee outlets during weekends which would cost us almost RM50 per week. Now, we hang out at “teh tarik” stalls and spend around RM10 a week.
–Sofiana, Student. Age: 18
Ringgit Man: Go local and save RM2,080 a year.
#8: Reduce your electricity consumption
“My family always tries to reduce electricity consumption in our home. We set the timer for the air-conditioner and switch off the lights and electrical appliances if they are not in use. We have managed to reduce our electricity bill from RM230 to RM120 per month.”

Ringgit Man: Use energy efficiently and power-up your savings by RM1,320 annually.
#9: Plan your grocery shopping
“Whenever I buy groceries, I always spend more than the budgeted amount by buying chips, carbonated drinks and sweets. This year, I made an effort to stick to my list when I do my grocery shopping and have managed to save RM80 per month.
–Dina, Florist. Age: 33
Ringgit Man: Stick to your shopping list and save an extra RM960 a year.
#10: Pay your bills online
“I settle most of my bills using the Internet facility. I have saved RM5 in postage, RM65 from parking and fuel per month.”
–Rajesh Nair, Software Engineer. Age: 28
Ringgit Man: Go online and surf your way to RM840 savings per year. But take precautions when using the Internet.
A little cut back in your spending can go a long way to grow your savings. Start small and be patient. Give yourself 12 months and see its outcome. You will then have enough savings to invest it in the capital market!
———
My two cents : In other words, spend wiser. No matter how much you earn, if you don’t plan your expenses it will make no difference. Think.
