My Dog
Teacher: Simon, your composition on ‘My Dog’ is exactly the same as your brother’s. Did you copy his?
Simon: No la, teacher. It’s the same dog!
I read about this somewhere and I think this can be my personal reminder.. Hoho..
Evening at 9 – 11pm:
is the time for eliminating unnecessary/toxic chemicals (detoxification) from the antibody system (lymph nodes). This time duration should be spent by relaxing or listening to music. If during this time a housewife is still in an unrelaxed state such as washing the dishes or monitoring children doing their homework, this will have a negative impact on health.Evening at 11pm – 1am:
is the detoxification process in the liver, and ideally should be done in a deep sleep state.Early morning 1 – 3am:
detoxification process in the gall, also ideally done in a deep sleep state.

Roland’s good sleep a.k.a “Mind’s Mapping”
Early morning 3 – 5am:
detoxification in the lungs. Therefore there will sometimes be a severe cough for cough sufferers during this time. Since the detoxification process had reached the respiratory tract, there is no need to take cough medicine so as not to interfere with toxin removal process.Morning 5 – 7am:
detoxification in the colon, you should empty your bowel.Morning 7 – 9am:
absorption of nutrients in the small intestine, you should be having breakfast at this time. Breakfast should be earlier, before 6:30am, for those who are sick. Breakfast before 7:30am is very beneficial to those wanting to stay fit. Those who always skip breakfast, they should change their habits, and it is still better to eat breakfast late until 9 – 10am rather than no meal at all.Sleeping so late and waking up too late will disrupt the process of removing unnecessary chemicals. Aside from that, midnight to 4:00 am is the time when the bone marrow produces blood. Therefore, have a good sleep and don’t sleep late.
I guess I should change my lifestyle from now on. :/ At least not to sleep as early as 3am.

Part 1 : Trip to Sabah
I went to Sabah early this month to attend a good buddy’s wedding in Sandakan. Actually, I was appointed by them – Maxwell & the wife as the photographer during the church & dinner reception. Oh, my first time. The wedding was held in St Micheal Church, a historical building – one of the oldest in Sandakan. The structure? Awesome! I really like the “feel”.
Enjoy some of the photos here.
Congrats Mr. & Mrs Maxwell!
Yeah. I enjoyed every moment during the wedding day (snap here and there) & also during my stay in Sandakan although i was down on bed a day before the wedding. Sore throat & high fever.

AndySaedah.Com is Back!
My blog was back online on 22 April 2009 after my previous server hosting failure. The last backup I made was in January 2009. Although i still can copy & paste my previous entries after my last backup using google cache but due to my laziness limited time, i failed to do so. Now the google spider already crawled to my site on the 4th May 2009. No more cache pages for me to copy & paste for February, March and April posts! (Moral of the story : Perform backup regularly.)
Ah, no big deal, lah!
Hey, another good news. Bendawos.Com is back again. Version 2.0, New and Fresh. This time more serious, since he’s no longer running out of time..
Oh, since this good friend of mine already “started” his 2.0 version, i can feel the aura of reading blogging again!
